Red Ball Camps
FOR AGES 4-12 (5-12 IN BROOKLYN AND PHILADELPHIA) NEW AND WITH TENNIS EXPERIENCE ON A 36 FT COURT
Red Ball Camps allow your child to exercise, gain social interaction and continue to build upon their tennis skills. Using red balls, the focus is on stroke production, footwork, athletic skill development, rallying and point play. Players will rotate between courts every 20-25 minutes. Note, beginners are welcome; no prior tennis experience is required. Camps will have a limited capacity.

Orange Ball Camps
FOR AGES 10-13 WITH TENNIS EXPERIENCE ON A 60 FT COURT
Orange Ball Camps are designed for kids who have experience playing on a larger court. Using orange balls, players work on building longer strokes from the back of the court, proper net play, and a more sophisticated service motion. Capped at 6 kids on a court, players focus on enhancing physical fitness, footwork, and point play strategy. Camps have limited capacity.

During online registration, be sure to sign up each child individually. Members receive a 16% discount on weekly camp. All camp registration is Monday through Friday with the exception of the week 6/30/25. We will be closed in observance of Independence Day on Friday 7/4/25.
Weekly Summer Camp Themes
Camps are booked on a weekly basis. Book a single full week of camp or whichever multiple weeks work best for you.
Week 1
Wimbledon
Players will learn about the history and culture of Wimbledon, the most famous tennis tournament in the world. Wimbledon will be taking place during this week of camp.
Week 2
Adaptive Tennis
Players will learn about tennis in adaptive forms. This includes the philosophy behind 10 and under tennis, wheelchair tennis, tennis for visually impaired individuals, and tennis for individuals with special needs.
Week 3
Singles vs. Doubles
Players will learn about the structural and tactical differences between singles and doubles play. Players will be asked to compare the differences between singles and doubles play as they watch points played by professional tennis players.
Week 4
Role Models in Tennis
Players will learn about important role models in the history of tennis, including Billie Jean King, Arthur Ashe, Venus/Serena Williams and more!
Week 5
Psychology of Tennis
Players will learn about the mental side of the game of tennis including the importance of developing patience, rituals, and an inner-calm during the course of matches. Players will observe how professional tennis players respond to adversity. Players will also be asked to describe how they would respond to certain situations posed by the coaching staff.
Week 6
The Science of Tennis
Players will learn about the importance of science in the game of tennis including how physics impacts every stroke that they will be learning on the court.
Week 7
General Tennis History
Players will learn about the origins of the game we love. We will explore how the game was founded and how it has evolved over time to what it is today.
Week 8
Tennis Surfaces
Players will learn about the three primary tennis surfaces (hard court, grass court, clay court) and the differences between how the surfaces impact the bounce of the ball and the movement of the players.
Week 9
U.S. Tennis History
Players will learn about famous US tennis players, how tennis is played around the country and the history of the US Open. The US Open tennis tournament will be taking place during this week.
Week 10 (PHL only)
Tennis Around the World
Players will learn about how tennis is played in different countries around the world. This will demonstrate to players how resourceful many countries around the world are in creating tennis courts and utilizing unorthodox pieces of equipment to play the game.

No refund will be applied once booked. With respect to medical issues that may arise, please email us with medical documentation or a doctors note, we will work with you to switch to a later camp session within the summer season.
